BERLIN (Reuters) - A woman living in Germany is auctioning off her red Ferrari Enzo sports car and including a little extra in the package — herself.

The 26-year-old has invited bids on Internet auction site ebay starting at 1.25 million euros ($1.6 million). She said she was rich herself, liked her car and was looking for a man who could foot the bill for such a luxury.

“Only a millionaire could afford such a car,” said the woman, who gave her name as Leila and said she once worked as a singer in Syria. “I want a man who doesn’t like me just for my money.”

Leila said she would meet with interested bidders but would need to see the bidder’s passport and proof of capital. No bids have been made yet in the auction which ends in a week.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - A marriage-minded man ran naked through his neighborhood, trying to show his hesitant girlfriend that taking risks is important. He got more than he bargained for when he ended up being chased and shot at.

“Just when you thought you had heard everything,” Ann Arbor police Detective Sgt. Jim Stephenson told The Ann Arbor News.

The couple were discussing marriage early Wednesday when the woman said she wasn’t sure if she was ready, according to Ann Arbor police reports. The man responded that taking risks is an important part of life and, to prove his point, jumped out of a first-floor window and ran naked across the street.

Before he could return, he spotted a couple walking and hid in some bushes to avoid them. A 28-year-old man noticed the bushes rustling and bare feet underneath, then drew a .40-caliber handgun and ordered the naked man out, police said.

The naked suitor ran away, but the armed man gave chase and threatened to shoot, police said. The gunman fired a shot and the naked man fell to the ground, suffering minor injuries.

A resident called police, who arrested the gunman on charges of aggravated assault and carrying a concealed weapon. He was taken to the Washtenaw County jail but released following further investigation, police Sgt. Patrick Hughes told The Associated Press.

The naked man was not arrested and didn’t want to pursue charges, Hughes said.

I wonder how much thought the designer put into this….

2 weeks ago I turned 35.

When I got up in the morning I wasn’t feeling very well, but I was hoping that my wife will sing Happy Birthday to me and probably give me a present. She didn’t even say “hello” though. The kids took breakfast without even noticing me.

I got to work depressed. When I came in, my secretary said “Happy Birthday” and she was very excited that it was my birthday. I felt a little better, at least she remembered.

It was a normal work day and none of my family and friends even called to say Happy Birthday. Before lunch, my secretary said:

- Why don’t we go eat together?

I told her it was the best thing I’ve heard all day and accepted.

We went to a nice intimate restaurant, ate and had fun. On the way to the office, she said:

- It’s such a special day, why don’t we go to my place instead of work, so we can drink a glass of wine. I said OK.

Once we got there, she said that she wants to slip into something more confortable and got in the bedroom.

“This will be an interesting experience” I thought.

She went into the bedroom and in a few moments came out with a huge cake with candles, followed by my wife, children, friends and parents, singing Happy Birthday.

And there I was on the bed, completely naked.

This is why I fired my secretary 2 weeks ago.
