Britney Spears now sporting shaved head

Britney Spears has once again changed her look and it has nothing to do with her wardrobe this time.

KABC-TV in Los Angeles spotted Spears Friday night in a Sherman Oaks tatoo parlor with a shaved head.

Video on KABC-TV showed the newly shorn Spears with tiny tattoos on the back of her neck as she sits Friday night for a new tattoo — a pair of red and pink lips.

“She just wanted something real small on her wrist, something dainty,” Max Gott, the tattoo artist at Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks, told the TV station. “She got some cute little lips on her wrist.”

Freshly released from rehab, after less than 24 hours, as some reports claimed, the pop singer showed up at a tattoo studio, Body and Soul, in the Sherman Oaks district of Los Angeles, with her head shaved completely bald.

The 3rd U.S. District Court in Los Angeles ruled today that parisexposed.com, the unauthorized Web site created by Bardia Persa two weeks ago, is to be shut down temporarily.

The judge handling the case issued a temporary restraining order and Persa has been ordered to appear February 16 to explain his side of the story and why Hilton’s items are in his possession and on the Internet.

Further the judge handling the case ruled that Hilton’s belongings, which a moving truck originally transported from her mansion in L.A. to a storage facility in Studio City before finding their way to Persa, were not to be distributed.

Persa, according to court documents, is not allowed to temporarily sell any of Hilton’s health, Social Security, personal or financial information or “photographs, videos and writings depicting [Plaintiff] in a sexual manner not previously exposed to public viewing.”

The storage facility sold Hilton’s belongings at a foreclosure auction to a third-party for $2,775. This came after the moving company contracted to pay for Hilton’s items while the star was out of the country failed to pay the $208 bill for the storage unit.

Then a third-party sold the items to Persa for $10 million, who later created parisexposed.com, the unauthorized Web site offering a one-time $39.95 subscription fee to readers and containing the items from that storage facility.

During the two weeks in which parisexposed.com was on the Internet, the Web site was among the most popular.

Orange snow with rotten smell in Omsk Region, Siberia

It snowed orange in five districts of the Omsk Region Wednesday, January 31st 2007. The snow area was 1,500 sq. m, 100 km in length. The snow ranged from light yellow to orange shades, ITAR-TASS reported. Moreover, the snow was covered with oil slicks and smelled rotten.

There are 49 inhabited areas in the five districts ? Tarsky, Znamensky, Tyukalensky, Kolosovsky Districts. The population in the suffered districts is more than 27,000 people. Local residents have not complained of any health problems yet. Rescuers have warned people of safety measures, recommending avoid using orange snow “for domestic and technical needs”. Ministry for Emergencies also urged people to restrict walking their pets and staying outside themselves.

The snow was sent to Omsk chemical laboratory. Experts have flown across the polluted districts and taken a few snow samples for tests. The first results have shown the snow is not radioactive.

Omsk interdistrict prosecutor’s office initiated the inquest. “We cannot define the reason of the snowfall due to lack of the test results. The snow is oily to the touch and has a strong rotten smell. We requested information about similar cases in Russia. There are similar facts, the causes ranging from man-caused to natural: seaweed, sand,” Omsk environmental prosecutor Anton German said.
